The lift's out of action again as of this evening 6:30pm; it would appear to be stuck on the 4th floor, and it's making a strange audible humming/buzzing sound. Many thanks, Andy #18

I wouldn't recommend anyone steps out on to any recently refurbished balcony at the moment, this has happened at No. 21 today. The resident affected will be contacting Premier Estates first thing tomorrow morning. Many thanks, Andy #18

Evening All, I've noticed over the last couple of years the gold railing tops outside No's. 1 to 5 have begun to re-appear from under the black paint from when the decorators last repainted them. Why they were never reinstated at the time, I do not know. Here's how they used to look: I actually think they lift the front of the building from the street, and would welcome there return. Does anyone else think the same? Many thanks, Andy #18

There definitely needs to be a speed hump at the north-end of the tunnel to the car park by the rear entrance doors. That is an accident waiting to happen. Accidents don't just happen, they are caused. Many thanks, Andy #18

I think Premier Estates should be tasked with sorting out the closing mechanism on the rear doors. Even though it doesn't affect me directly, I wouldn't like to be hearing them constantly banging shut all of the time, even though I try to close them gently to be a considerate neighbour. There is some weight in those fire doors. Many thanks, Andy #18

The car park. About 8 years ago, Terry helped me to measure the car park. At the time, the standard UK parking space was 2.4 metres wide, we discovered you could comfortably park 6 cars in each row from the back wall to the drainage channel. I actually devised a new parking scheme and met with Chris Brocklehurst from Premier Estates to discuss, but nothing ever came of it (I know 🤣🤣🤣). The scheme was to park in a herringbone fashion, similar to Marks & Spencer at Gemini, so you could get an additional 2 cars parked between each row facing the rear wall. If anybody would like to see my measured plan, you would be more than welcome. Many thanks, Andy #18

While I think on, only half the apartments got the letter from Premier Estates about doormats being a fire hazard. It only went to every other flat, so the odd number apartments never received it. It would appear they printed the letter duplex, so mine had apartment 18 on the front, and apartment 19 on the back. Basically it said to remove your doormat, or it would be removed for you. Charming, I know. 🤣🤣🤣 Many thanks, Andy #18

Hiya, I don't suppose anyone's found a blue gate fob on the car park recently? I thought I'd dropped mine inside my car on Monday night, and that it was just underneath the front seat. It was raining at the time, so I just thought I'd look for it in the morning. However, come Tuesday morning it was nowhere to be seen. I've asked Terry and a couple of neighbours, but no ones seen it. It's one of the large original blue gate fobs with a yellow button. If anyone finds it, I'd very grateful if they could let either myself or Terry know, as I've had to borrow one temporarily from a very good neighbour. Many thanks, Andy #18
