First thought for me: I'm not a big fan of the default notification settings on this forum! If you're anything like me, you'll want to turn them off by going to your profile (clicking on the image next to your name), then going to Settings, and turning off notifications. I prefer to come upon my updates to conversations by surprise!

Hello, everyone! It's Guy here, as the forum seems to have correctly named me, from Flat 38. I've just moved into the building. I'm actually renting for the year, not owning, but I'm always keen to get to know people and to be part of a community, rather than an isolated individual! I work in Birchwood, but I'm around about half the week working from home, so I'm sure I'll bump into you sooner or later. My interests and activities include, to a greater or lesser extent; reading (philosphy/history/classics when i'm feeling classy: science fiction and fantasy when not); archery; hiking/fell walking.
